Owner and operator of Recon Exploration Ltd., Clay has been working continuously in the mineral exploration industry since 2009 as an exploration geologist. As a student he work at Imperial Metals' Mt Polly mine site and since graduating from UBC in 2011, he has focused his career in grassroots exploration, which aligns with his passion for prospecting. From 2011 - 2018 he worked for Druid Exploration Ltd of Dawson City Yukon Territory, leading first-pass exploration campaigns throughout the Territory. For the past 5 years Clayton has worked as a consulting geologist with his main client being Trailbreaker Resources. Recon was recently incorporated in 2024.

Based in Whitehorse, YT, Dan Ferraro is a geological consultant to the mineral exploration industry with a specialization in early-stage gold and base metal projects. He has worked for numerous junior exploration companies continuously since 2008 and was directly involved in the discovery and management of Goldstrike Resources' Plateau gold project and Nevada Zinc Corp's Lone Mountain zinc project. He holds an HBSc in Geology from Lakehead University and is actively consulting with Trailbreaker Resources Ltd. With Trailbreaker, Mr. Ferraro has continued to do boots-on-the-ground prospecting, and was involved with the discovery of the district-scale Atsutla Gold project in northwestern BC.
